Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your official Ed Sheeran merchandise, but if something isn't right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely package your items in their original packaging if possible.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned apparel, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
